These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Clouds and Light interactive AWS training platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Clouds and Light Limited is a Limited Company registered in the United Kingdom and is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for data protection purposes.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- The platform is in a testing phase and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
- Service availability, data integrity, and feature functionality are not guaranteed
- Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice
- Data loss may occur and you should maintain backups of any important information
- Clouds and Light Limited accepts no liability for any disruption, loss, or damage resulting from use of the test site
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
The Service allows users to create, upload, and share training courses and other content. You are solely responsible for all content you post or share through the Service.
You must ensure that any content you upload, create, or share:
- Does not infringe on any existing copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
- Is either your original work, properly licensed to you, or in the public domain
- Includes appropriate attribution when required
- Does not reproduce copyrighted material without proper authorization
By posting content on the Service, you grant Clouds and Light Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

Clouds and Light Limited reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who breach these terms.
The Service provides integration with AWS accounts for training purposes. You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for your own AWS account and any charges incurred
- You must comply with AWS's terms of service and acceptable use policies
- Clouds and Light Limited is not responsible for any AWS charges or issues arising from your use of AWS services
- You grant the Service limited access to your AWS account solely for the purpose of providing feedback and analysis on your training progress
- You may revoke access to your AWS account at any time
Clouds and Light Limited is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be read in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.
The Service, including its design, functionality, code, and original content (excluding user-generated content), is the property of Clouds and Light Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
